A few notes about dental insurance:
Please note that dental insurance rarely covers the entire cost of your treatment, and you are responsible for any and all fees associated with your treatment. If you’d like us to bill your insurance company for their portion, please alert the staff prior to treatment. The remaining fees are due in full at the time of treatment. Any portion left unpaid by your insurance company after 60 days becomes your responsibility.
Having insurance does not constitute a payment plan. If you need to make payments, please alert our staff prior to treatment. Payment plans are available through CareCredit. All payment plans must be agreed to in writing prior to the beginning of treatment.
Estimates & Co-pays
We realize that the investment in your dental care can be a limiting factor in your decision to move forward with treatment. As a courtesy, we always offer you an estimate of your coverage prior to starting any treatment. Please understand that your insurance is merely a benefit. It stems from a contractual agreement between you, your employer, and your insurance company. Having insurance does not guarantee reimbursement for any dental treatment. We do not make treatment recommendations based on the specifics of your plan. We make our treatment recommendations based on our commitment to excellent dentistry. In order for us to provide the quality of care you deserve, we expect payment in full at the time of service. We will instruct your insurance company to reimburse you directly.
We accept cash, checks, bank cards, and CareCredit.
